We have completed the Training and CTF Competition at SOC'24!
The certification ceremony and conference for the Certified Cyber Security Operations Center Analyst Training were held under the auspices of the Presidency of Defense Industries and the Presidency of Digital Transformation. The event was attended by significant institutions and individuals such as the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ankara Governorship, Turkey Cyber Security Cluster, Ankara Development Agency, and prominent organizations and individuals like Kursat Oguzhan Akinci from the Blackbox Cyber Security Think Tank. The 5-day training was conducted by Senior Cyber Security Expert Anil Baran Yelken from STM.
The opening speeches of the certification ceremony and conference, held at the ATO Assembly Hall, were delivered by Mustafa Murat Seker, Deputy President of the Presidency of Defense Industries, Gursel Baran, Chairman of the Board of Ankara Chamber of Commerce, and Ahmet Simsek, General Manager of Development Agencies at the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

In his speech, Deputy President of the Presidency of Defense Industries, Mustafa Murat Seker, emphasized that the internet is an indispensable part of life and stated that the previously preferred prohibition methods to prevent cyber attacks are ineffective. Seker, expressing that humans are the weak link, highlighted the importance of taking precautions against the harms while utilizing the advantages brought by the digital world, and stated that the cyber domain is considered a battlefield worldwide.
Following the certificate ceremony, certificates were presented to the students who successfully completed the “Certified Cyber Security Operations Center Analyst Training,” organized by the Turkey Cyber Security Cluster with contributions from Blackbox Security.
